About Me

I am a mindfulness teacher and licensed clinical social worker who has a virtual private practice based in Boynton Beach, Florida and see clients who live in both Florida and New York. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (stress reduction) EMDR (trauma work), Motivational Interviewing (the gentle process of setting and achieving goals) and Gottman Method (for couples)—or any combination of these to help clients achieve their goals.

I have also worked as a high school counselor and college advisor in Queens, NY, as well as an addictions therapist in South Florida. Through my career and through my own personal experiences, I have developed a keen appreciation for how our pain and suffering develops as we grow, as well as how we can learn to free ourselves from this pain.

I have a master’s degree in education, concentrated in school counseling, and a master’s degree in social work. I have also trained under Pablo del Real of The Way Mindfulness Education in South Florida.

I’m a big fan of the New York Mets and Brooklyn Nets and like to watch and read anything related to horror, fantasy, and superheroes. I’m originally from New York and have lived in Florida for 8 years.
